When I question that she told me to just look it up then and make a ticket on your website instead. When I try to use your website, it was unable to complete the purchase and asked me to login in another time. Finally, the store manager came to help. Your employee slightly remarked that I just didn’t believe her and I nicely replied. I just was trying to figure out the disconnect between the price I was seeing online at $61 and the $600 she was quoting me. Ultimately your store manager, who was lovely determined that she had indeed inputted the wrong dimensions into the quote. Your employee did not acknowledge nor apologize for her mistake. It was just all around rude and poor service. Had it not been for your lovely manager and one of your other male employees I would never be going back again
