    IT WAS MY FIRST TIME SENDING A PACKAGE ABROAD AND KAYLA ASSISTED ME AND GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE NEEDED. I WAS NERVOUS,BUT SHE MADE IT SIMPLE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT WAS THE PRICE TO SEND SUCH A SMALL LIGHT WEIGHT PACKAGE.

    The representative that helped me was amazing at this store. She was very kind and helpful. THis was the 2nd Fedex store i went to. I had orginally gone to one wanting airbills to be able to address the envelopes at home then drop off but was told Fedex does not do those anymore. This representative told me they do the airbills and said she would give them to me if i wanted but she was happy to print out labels for me. There happened to be some higher ups in the store at the time and i hope they realized how good the customer service was for everyone in the store.

    Anthony is exceptional. He is attentive, considerate, and dedicated to making my satisfaction the very top of his professional pyramid. He tirelessly worked to bring my fussy project to completion, finding every way that we could maximize quality and lower costs where possible, and he was committed to making the experience as smooth and excellent as he could. I could go back and forth with my own computer and work through problems with him as an equal and a collaborator, and he was as eager and intent on seeing my vision come to life as I was. I cannot recommend Anthony to you enough. He is THE person I want to work with whenever I have needs that bring me to FedEx office.

    Pam's communication was excellent throughout the process. She confirmed receipt of my design, talked with me about sizing needs, and confirmed everything was in place to get my print job done within my desired time frame. She's great!

    My package was shipped to Me instead of the actual recipient listed on the form. I was asked to verify the recipient’s address, but the package was shipped to the sender instead.

    Anthony immediately met us with a can-do attitude. I was so nervous that they wouldn’t be able to meet my turnaround needs but Anthony provided options for optimizing the time to complete the work needed. I am very grateful he was the person who waited on me during this visit!

    Kyla's customer service skills are superb! I came to FedEx in a frantic state and she was highly sensitive to my emotional state returning only calmness and her willingness to assist me with my last-minute print job. Kyla is an asset any customer-service oriented business would be lucky to have!
