We assessed that the shipping box was a little worn, but it would make the trip with no issues and it did go and return with minimal additional damage to the box. It's the small, but essential ways that he and other staff members have made our experience working with the staff of this location a truly memorable one. I thank him for the extra mile that he goes to ensure we have a positive interaction with FedEx.

She seemed to have no desire to pay attention to me or help me. The printing job was also very poor, with some of my cards cut in the wrong position. It's hard to believe that no one checked them. I've never had such poor service at a FedEx in the past.
