He was in the middle of helping another customer at the time. He stayed calm and handled the situation very well. I always love coming to this location. It’s very convenient for work, has amazing and kind employees, and always makes sure everyone is treated equally.

He gave great advice as to how I should format the book I was making and was very attentive. I could not recommend this store OR Roberto enough.
