    I was away on a short vacation in DC when a minor problem erupted with my office in Fort Lauderdale. I was staying at the JW Marriott and was up early in hopes of solving the problem. My first question to the Marriott staff was is there a business center in the building? Better than that -there’s a Fed Ex in the lower level. Frantically, I approached Ebony with my problem - a document on my phone that I needed to print so I could make changes. She was so understanding and helpful! Then I needed to get into my computer email and make changes. Ebony took me by the hand and showed me how to sign in , how to pay for the service. She was great! Fed Ex should clone this person. Calm, listened to my issues, provided the solution and stayed by my side until I understood every aspect of what I needed to accomplish! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for having a manager like Ebony! She get my “atta girl award of the month!”

    Ebony was terrific. She helped me right away. She did a terrific job putting together the reports that needed to be printed and bound. The job was ready on time and she called when it was completed to make sure I knew it was ready for pick up. She had a great attitude and it was a pleasure to connect with her. She’s a great team member.

    I talked to Jamal on the phone saying that my print order was going to be ready before my meeting time. I came in to pick up my order and he DIDNT print anything. Doesn’t make any sense and it was really stressful because my meeting that I needed this print order for was in 2 hours! Tiara was super helpful. She stepped up and printed my order within 15 minutes. She saved the day!
