    Jamar, alleiah and sierra took ownership of the project and got my 5 posters printed and mounted and cut to the bleed. They went to the mail room and picked up the tripods. I had sent the files from California and my boss picked up the posters in DC. I can’t thank you enough.

    Due to the cost, wasn't actually able to have the book printed. However, Ms. Crawford was soooo helpful in giving me options. Her customer service was the best!!!! She was friendly and approachable and went the extra mile. I really appreciated that.

    I came into the store only 30 minutes before I needed to present at a conference and was a little bit panicked and nervous but Alleiah was SO kind and accommodating! She stayed with me while I used the self-service printer so I could get through it as quickly as possible and I was really impressed and appreciative of her patience and kindness.
