Both Amy and Ellie by far exceeded my expectations worked with me on best shipping arrival dates. Remained patient while I checked with the arrival locations. These two associates are outstanding and I truly appreciate all their help!! The store # is 3996!!
- Tuesday, April 16, 20244 out of 5Rating 4.0The staff was great, but closing the office at the convention center and making you customers walk a half mile to the west location was terrible, especially with 2 carts and picking up 5 large packages. It is poor service to the 1000s of convetioners. The office we finally got too also tried to give us someone else's freight, not Sheas fault that it was mislabeled, but luckily I was paying attention and Shea sorted it out. Then charging your customers $75 total for making them do all the work is ridiculous. I have a corporate account, but it was still out of line. Next time someone should inform convetioners that your services are not available on site.

You mistakenly sent the 17 boxes to Indiana instead of Florida. You lied about where they were and lied that said we, the customer, asked for the shipment to be delayed. The tracking number of the original 17 is 775687297600. Since the packages were so late, I had to ship them home. I should not have to pay a $395 handling fee or $995 shipping (transaction #940392232365). I went back to the FedEx location at the conference centr 5 times, missing the confernce, trying to locate my items. Unacceptable.
