I am not exaggerating when I say every person who helped me those two days was an absolute delight. Melissa was incredibly helpful. She helped me thru some anxiety of shipping something that needed to be handled in a very timely manner ( she helped by carefully explaining how to prepare the label I needed my office in Pennsylvania to create- and she helped my assuring me the concierge team at the hotel would bring my package to them on Monday morning( I was anxious since I had to leave Orlando on a very early flight and I wasn’t going to be around to give the shipment to Melissa).
