    I sent the files in to do the self service. (1) of the self service machines was out of order, so you only had (2) working machines. I put in the code for both and it came up as "There was an error validating the retrieval code. No response was received from the server. Please ask for assistance." I went to the front and they said try the other machine. I did, and I got the same error code. I went to the front and they said it would be a $2.50 charge to print my files even though your machine was having error codes... I would like the $2.50 refunded since it was your server / machines that prevented me from not being charged the service fee.
