    The booklet that I had prepared was printed well and I got good service. The only problem was that I asked for a calendar for 2025 to be put on the last page and they said they could not do that. I don’t understand why you couldn’t put a calendar when there are calendars available all over the Internet free of charge Why it couldn’t be simply inserted on the back page of the booklet. Paragraph this was done last year year when I printed the same type of booklet for 2024 but this year they were not able to do that for me otherwise everything was OK.

    It was the worst experience I have ever had mailing anything out in my life. I was the only person there but the computers were freezing and the guy helping me was so slow and didn’t explain the hold up

    You need to be more truthful about what next day means. It was very expensive, you didn’t deliver on time and had an out with weather. I would have saved money with later delivery if I had known weather could impact delivery. She also added keyboard to next day which I said wasn’t critical. Did I pay more because of that too?
