There was a problem with the laminator and i was told that they had to go to another FedEx office about 15 miles away to complete the order. Not sure why as there was another FedEx office a few blocks away. I was told the order would be ready the next day by 10:00 am. Never received an email of completion or call. Went in at 5:00 pm on Thursday to pick up order after being on hold for 20 minutes. First they couldn’t find the order, then called the Brandon, FL location and then they found the order on the shelf. At that point, instead of me hanging out the information to the participants of my meeting, I now have to pay FEDEX to ship 7 mailings to them. There was no communication to the staff working when I was picking up the order. The two managers that were there were very busy and helpful but overall it was very disappointing as they knew nothing of the issues.
