I paid $126 for FedEx express priority overnight delivery three days ago. Now, three days later, my package seems lost. FedEx, New York, the destination does not have my package.

When I went into the FedEx office to drop off shipments, I mentioned my problem. An associate told me I could email them directly and she gave me a card for the office. I went back and emailed the order at 3:41 pm. When I went back the next day, about 3 pm, a female associate told me the flyers were ready for pickup, but she had forgotten to input the order the day before and if she gave them to me that day, she had to charge a pickup fee and I had to return the next day!
- Friday, August 1, 20252 out of 5Rating 2.0There was a young frican American female with her hair up who directed me to packaging which I quickly grabbed; I then noticed that she has started helping someone who came in after me. When I asked about this she claimed that I had said I was not ready which was not true and I vocalized this. This caused her to start to give me major attitude with eye-rolling, speaking to her teammates and just general rude behavior. I chose to wait for another person to help me when she became free. The other person -a tall African American man was the opposite -nothing but helpful and seemingly embarrassed by his teammate’s behavior. Looking at this location’s reviews on Google -I see consistent 1-star reviews with almost every one mentioning rudeness—hmm, go figure! I think you really have a problem and need to take care of it ASAP. I certainly won’t go to this location again.

I mailed two at the first FedEx office… But received such surly assistance from the counter person… And very little help that I ended up going to another FedEx office store to try and get the third package shipped. Which by the way was supposed to arrive yesterday and did not get there until tonight. That’s and aside by the way… The gentleman at the second FedEx store was a little more congenial, but still a little thoroughly. I will say that my experience with Fedex has been less than satisfactory over the last few visits… I’m not sure if you’re focusing your efforts on corporate and you don’t care about individuals like me. But the congenial nice customer service I’ve received in the past is not happening. I don’t know if you have a morale issue or anything else but something’s going on. I am reconsidering shipping anything anymore.

I had a big print order that I needed on a rushed timeline and she worked tirelessly all day to help me get the job done. Even between the hours of 5and 7 when she was the only team member working and there were other customers to work with. I appreciated her and the teams help so much I showed up the next day with breakfast from Chick Fil A and a bouquet of flowers for Alicia to show my gratitude.highly recommend the Sidney Marcus FedEx Office team!!
