    Eric is very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I was having issues using the upload options for my documents to print. He found the issue and resolved it fairly quickly, despite it being user-error derived. We have a brief stimulating conversation as well. I thank him cause my day was changed based on the experience. Please keep him for as long as you can.

    A bit of a complicated story. I ordered on-line manuals to be printed and picked up at the Cheshire Bridge store. When I placed the order, I was informed that they would be ready for pick-up on Friday. When I called to check on the order I was told that they wouldn't be ready until Monday. That information was never given to me after placing the order. Eric was very apologetic and polite throughout my numerous phone calls. When I was finally able to pick up the order, Eric went above and beyond the expected service and carried boxes of the manuals from the office to my car. I want to commend Eric for helping to ease the stress of what I view as a FedEx systems error.
