When I placed the order, I was informed that they would be ready for pick-up on Friday. When I called to check on the order I was told that they wouldn't be ready until Monday. That information was never given to me after placing the order. Eric was very apologetic and polite throughout my numerous phone calls. When I was finally able to pick up the order, Eric went above and beyond the expected service and carried boxes of the manuals from the office to my car. I want to commend Eric for helping to ease the stress of what I view as a FedEx systems error.
