I really appreciate that because a lot of employees don’t greet you with a smile and eagerness to help when you walk into their establishments.     I was there for an event and I left my signs at home. I needed to quickly get some signs made because I didn’t have time to make it back to the suburbs. Ashley assured me that I had nothing to worry about and i appreciate her patience and knowledge.

    I came today around 8 a.m. to print my presentation out. Ashley was assisting another customer, as I walked in she greeted me and said I will be right with you. Once she was done, she asked now how may I help you l? I explained to her I needed access my email and to print a few files out. She walked over to the computer and showed me step by step to get me to the internet. She was a big help and very pleasant.
