Additionally, I was getting an order for a 501 (c) 3 organization and should have been given a tax credit,but to Antonio's credit, I never mentioned that fact. Not his fault! I called later to compliment and thank him for his work because he did do an excellent job otherwise.

The youn lady that helped me was courteous and attentive to me as I struggled a bit with my project. It helped a lot to get that kind of service. I normally go to the FedEx by my house and the service is lackluster. I will go out of my way to go this location now. Also I overheard, the young man as who assisted another customer with a bit of language barrier. He was so patient and took to time to explain the process. Keep up the good work

I went into this store and Jada was empathetic and got me the help i needed to locate my package. There is a real problem with drivers making fraudulent claims of attempted delivery which is why i could not identify my packages whereabouts. Thank you so much, Jada!
