I called her this morning because I hadn't gotten notification that my package had been delivered to the FedEx Office in the Marriott Marquis Chicago. I was very worried. Racara PERSONALLY went to go investigate and find my packages!!! She found them in a place that they were unexpected. I simply CANNOT thank Racara enough for her hard work and compassion. She was so nice about everything. I feel like customer service is dying nowadays and employees don't care like they should. Racara obviously is not like that, and clearly is not only an exceptional employee, but a human being. THANK YOU AGAIN, RACARA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once I got sent to Anika she took care of the issue and printed everything out so my packages could be sent back to my company. Big shout out to Anika for saving my but with the expensive company equipment.
