Racara PERSONALLY went to go investigate and find my packages!!! She found them in a place that they were unexpected. I simply CANNOT thank Racara enough for her hard work and compassion. She was so nice about everything. I feel like customer service is dying nowadays and employees don't care like they should. The manager Anika and her colleague Derrick were exceptional! The customer experience and service was just top tier. We needed our packages to NYC by the next morning and they got on it quick. Packed us up produced our labels and sent us on our way within 15 mins! Great team work. I’d recommend this store to anyone.
