    Quenton helped me with numerous orders—printing a sign, printing fliers, and receiving numerous shipping orders. (He was assisted by Brandon on the sign and probably some of the shipping receiving.) He was incredibly courteous, helpful and quick. He got my sign created in record time, allowing me to have it for the first of several events. Give him a big raise!

    I actually never went to the store. I was referred to Fedex by Hilton F&B for marketing support for my event. I first spoke with Devon on 10/8 and he worked with me through estimating the pricing and confirming the specs for my order through confirming receipt of my creative files to his delivery of all of my printed materials to the ballroom where my event was being held on 10/30 at the Hilton. When I arrived that morning, Devon was actually hard at work assembling the step-and-repeat frame (which we rented) and attaching the graphic/banner with all the logos of our sponsors. He was absolutely incredible to work with and is a true asset to FedEx.

    Brandon went above and beyond from the moment I asked for help. I had called another office (conference blvd) who were completely unable to help with ad hoc request for poster printing (Friday @4pm, needed for 9am Saturday). Brandon was professional, efficient, extremely diligent making sure I had all of the options offered in terms of paper, size, gloss, color) and took so much care cutting the edges. Far exceeded expectations and I’m very grateful!
