Gwen was excellent. She was able to tell us exactly what she was able to help with and how she could get us where we needed to go. Our event items were unable to make the trip from Miami to Boston, and we did not have badges for our guests on the day-of, so we called to get help with printing. She had them printed and cut for is within the hour, just before our teammate arrived to begin setup at the venue next door. Gwen is a life saver!

Gwen was incredibly helpful to work with today. She was able to save us after our shipment didn't arrive for an event tonight (due to weather) The most important thing that we needed was in the box and she was able to print it in house after receiving the file via email. She saved us from looking foolish with our donors. Our only other option was to have a sharpie hand-written name tag for our 100 guests...that would have been a nightmare. She ensured that we had clear directions to her location and waited past closing to ensure we would get our printed name tags! All Star! Gwen for the win!

I had visited the FedEx office in Medford, MA the previous day, and then the Boston/Dartmouth Street Store, both of which were not able to print what I needed. The person at the Medford (station landing) store couldn't even open the files, and the Dartmouth street store for some reason couldn't print. Gwen was professional, responsive, and delightful to work with after having been so frustrated by the other two stores. When she encoutered a problem with the layout of one of the files she alerted me, gave me time to get a new file, and had the order ready for me this morning to pick up.
