    I came into the store for a print and some ideas for a project. While there, I was rudely accosted by Mike who didn't want to share his last name. His demeanor and unpleasantness has ruined the FedEx store experience for me. I was truly mortified and saddened.

    I wanted to do some custom prints and came into the store for some direction and options. I waited to be helped, but was unable to get any viable answers to printing need. I left and was able to get my prints done elsewhere

    I came in today to print out some documents, normally I go to brookline but today I was in back bay and went to the closest store. I was approached someone named mike, he wasn't in uniform but he was extremely condescending to me. He talked in a cool demeanor but the whole time was insulting my intelligence because of a misunderstanding i had about the printing services. I don't understand how someone with that attitude can hold a job like that but I'll never return to that store again. It completely ruined my day.
