    I felt really satisfied throughout my entire visit at FedEx office. Rahel made the experience for my colleagues and I really efficient and helpful. I was in the city for a Model UN conference and I needed documents to be printed before hand. Rahel was so organized and polite, will definitely be coming to this location every time I’m in Boston again.

    The team member (unfortunately I don't remember name) was MOST HELPFUL. He patiently answered my questions and carefully explained the options for getting my package to its destination at my desired time. I had a somewhat big awkward envelope with documents I wanted handled carefully. He took time to help me with the packaging. He was pleasant, efficient, and professional!
