CVS refused to accept responsibility for the fact that they printed my grandmother’s funeral photos so badly that everyone in the photos had a ghostly double set of eyes on their foreheads (!!). Aaron at the FedEx location in Brookline, MA was so gracious about our panic and he managed to retrieve and immediately print the document we asked for on quality cardstock, despite not being a printing specialist. Thanks to him, we can now bury my grandmother with photos that look normal and not like everyone in them is undergoing a ghostly exorcism. Thank you!!

The manager is always scolding them around customers, seems hostile. But Shawonda R is the only one who knows what she is doing and remembers me and makes picking up my print orders so easy. I feel better when I see her behind the desk!
