    Package was promised by 11:30a ET. This was time sensitive. Package was delivered late and phone rep unable to assist with even a partial refund of the $174 price. Terrible service and unmet promise.

    Fredina was soo helpful in helping me print out my thank you cards for my baby shower. She went above and beyond to assist me in my vision. Mizan also helped me out with figuring out which paper to use to get the best results.

    My interaction with Danny began when I enter the facility to pick up a package of printed material. The finished product had not turned out exactly as I would’ve liked. One of the employees directed me to the manager. I can’t thank Danny enough for all He did to provide me with a finished product that I was satisfied with. If all of your employees had his attitude, the world will be a better place. Thank you so much.

    I had to send a package from my organization to another location in the city with a return label. I was told at first that I needed to use the website to generate that label, and when I used it, I was not successful. I then called customer service, and I did not receive the assistance that I needed. William then assisted me by creating a new account for my organization and we were able to move forward successfully. I am very grateful to William for problem-solving as quickly as he did.

    Ferdina was amazing! She gave me the cost of my package before it was ready to send to help me determine whether to continue my business by weighing the items in a box with the destination set. The price was right. She was so helpful by assisting me with wrapping my gift. Then carefully she wrapped the gifts in the box. If she’s not a manager, she should be made a manager. She has excellent skills both in knowing the products, assisting staff and helping the customers. BRAVO FERDINA!!
