    The Rockville store is pretty organized and staffed with knowledgeable people. In the Fedex shipping center on Calhoun place, a staff member open my package and stole part of items, resealed the package and let it be delivered at it's destination in Georgia. Fedex would not process my claim because they said the package was delivered. The thief knew this would happen and knew he would never be investigated. That is why he did not take the entire package. That is why I switched to the Rockville store. Shame on Fedex!!

    I gave the FedEx staff member my copy which was 34 pages of a booklet to be copied and bound. I asked that they be proofread before finishing. She assured me they would be. When I picked them up in ice again asked if they had been proofread and the man said they had been m. When I got home all the copies of the booklets were missing page 7. I had no more speciality paper and my event was that day so I was forced to use the booklets with the missing page. When I went back tobFedex the day after the staff member found that she had not scanned page 7 and that’s why it was missing. She also said they had failed to proof read the booklets.
