There was a self-serve kiosk, but that seemed to be if I had a QR code for dropping off a package. A self serve with great visual explanation of how to do myself exactly what it took the counter person so long to do would be great.

I was initially taken aback that it clearly is focused on shipping primarily, now, with some ancillary printing services. More like a UPS store than like Kinkos was. I'd imagine there is greater demand for shipping than printing today. I felt a little uneasy handing off my project to a counter that was clearly optimized for packaging items and shipping them out. I wasn't convinced my originals (that I brought for binding) would not be harmed. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the job was delivered on-time and the binding met expectations. The staff were friendly and capable.

During my session I needed to whiteout some areas of my documents & it shutdown my order so I had to put my credit card in again for another hold which made me uncomfortable because I don’t want to be charged twice. Also it’s very deceiving because I paid one session for $10 & one for $5. It cut me off @ $9.87 & $4.83 respectively. You are not given the choice to add enough money to finish making your copies. I find this way of making copies very expensive & the customer loses out towards the end (even if it’s only like twenty cents…it’s the principle).

I just wanted to ask a question and I was going to drive to the other FedEx in the next town because they closed later to complete my printout. Eric was so helpful and insisted on printing my flyers even though it was after hours. There was another customer there who needed 5 extra min to finish his project and he apologized to Eric. Eric told him not to worry about it. He was so incredibly positive and helpful. It was so refreshing to witness genuine customer service. Great Job on hiring Eric!!
