I’m always so excited to go into the FedEx store and see her because she remembers me as I remember her and she is so over-the-top with her help. She goes above and beyond and far exceeds the expectation. I had a scooter shipped And wanted to make sure that I was able to pick it up so I changed it in the app to be able to pick it up in store. I was unaware that stores are not allowed to hold large lithium batteries, So when I went to pick up one part of the order that doesn’t have a battery Terese Let me know that she had to refuse it this morning. Which I completely understood. I called the FedEx number to see if I could have the whole removed, The woman on the phone told me that that was not possible that it would be attempted delivery and it refused delivery at my home this morning by somebody. My wife and I have been home all morning, And we have our own outdoor front door with our address on it in our townhome in an apartment complex, And FedEx seems to be the only Delivery company that will not drop it off at the front door. So there is a chance that the FedEx Attempted delivery to someone in the main office, but the name listed on the refusal at my address is nobody that works in the complex office. Terese Made a few phone calls and was able to figure out that my package would be at the main facility after 5 PM and then I could call them and try and have them remove the hold at the store and might be able to pick it up there or ensure that I know when it will be delivered to my address so I can ensure that I’m there. Terese Simultaneously while helping other customers. She always goes far above and beyond, and I go back to that FedEx to ship things specifically because of her. I had an item come in today from the US Postal Service that I needed to return and get exchanged for a different size, It would’ve been cheaper to go to the post office. I turned around and went back to the FedEx store because I knew that Terese Would take care of me and I would rather work with her then UPS or USPS. I hope FedEx values her as an employees as much as I value her from a customer standpoint. Incredible Customer Service hard to come by, But never a problem with Terese!

I left smiling ear to ear and simply dropped a package off and had a print order to pick up, he is an absolute gem of an employee! I wish I could leave a 10 out of 5 star review.
