- Saturday, May 18, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0The store visit was great the problem is with FedEx tracking and your customer service. When we shipped we told the counter person the shipment MUST be delivered by Saturday, May 18. She said we can get it there by 5 pm on Saturday. So that's how we shipped it...when I went to check on the online tracking for my order Saturday morning it showed it was still sitting in MEMPHIS! However, when I called FedEx it said the packages had arrived in California and expected delivery between 9:30 am-1:30 pm. When I called customer service to ask why the website tracking was NOT updating I got a standard stock answer from the service rep and he just kept repeating the same thing over and over. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that could address my question about the website he said there was no one to transfer me too. If this is FedEx customer service than I'll just use UPS from now on. For a shipment costing $800 this is a total lack of customer service.
