    First I was told that I had to pack the edible items (bags of popcorn) myself, then I was told by Alyce they would do it. So, the packing was done after I left. I was not happy about that. The shipping ended up being delayed but yet the price I paid was for a day earlier. I will look to find a cheaper more reliable shipping company.

    I was having some 8 x 10’s made into 3 x5’s. I thought the work would be done there and I would be informed when I could pick them up. Instead they were sent to me via email. And I did not open the email due to the risk of scams being perpetrated by others. When I asked Tanner to make this right she was hard and cold to my situation. No one ever told me that the files would be emailed to me. I spent $48 for nothing. Someone needs to make this right.

    Visit was fine. I send a document by overnight. But it wasn't delivered on time. The receiving party got it the next day. Since that's 2-day service, I want a refund

    I am consistently pleased with FedEx service. I ship artwork to galleries on a regular basis. This time, the gallery owner was not going to be there to accept my package for next day service (which I normally use). I explained that to the Fed Ex employee helping me. I said I wanted it to be shipped two-day so my package wouldn't be sitting outside the gallery. However, the my package arrived the next day. It turned out fine, because the gallery owner ended up coming home early. This time, the service exceeded my request, which is normally a good thing. However, the early delivery could have gone badly. This is the first time I have had this experience. Normally, my experiences with Fed Ex are excellent.

    I paid extra so the rec e iving party would need to sign for it. I also paid extra for a text when it was shipped and another when delivered but didn't receive either.

    I paid for overnight service and was told it would be delivered on a certain day and it did not arrive at that time. Asked for a refund since it did not make it at the time I paid for. Very disappointed with my fedex service

    Very pleasant and professional. Might want to have a chair or two available while waiting. Use a cane and that would have been while package was boxed

    I was not happy that you would not take all my stuff. Candy that was sealed by the company or nuts that was sealed you would not take but chocolate was ok to send???
