    There was only a wait because the team member was already helping another person. She did greet me and say she would help me next, which was nice. I felt welcome. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions as she helped me with the shipping label.

    So the shipping experience itself was fine. In terms of in the office in the store. However, once it was shipped, this is the second time out of four packages that the package has been lost are delayed. I paid for overnight service. I didn’t get overnight service. And if it was the first time it be one thing, but this is the second time that has happened. So I’ve shipped three packages, not counting the replacement package that I had to ship because you lost one. And of those three packages, only one has been delivered on time to the proper destination.
