    I went to your store at 740 N 114th St. Omaha, NE 68154 with my partner last 11/17/2024 @ 1:18pm, my partner is an American and I am an Asian. Your staff (Tall, fat guy) deliberately ignored me, he is only addressing my partner when he was asking questions regarding my package. I am the customer not my partner. He was condescending towards me. He made a mistake when he typed my home address, when I nicely said “that is incorrect”, he said “well, that why we have you check this”. He was sarcastic! A simple, “i’m sorry” or “my bad” would have sufficed, since he made a mistake, not me, and I was being nice. He must not be happy with his life or with his job, that’s why he is that way. I am sorry if he is going through somethin in his life. Nonetheless, he should NOT put his frustrations on your customers. I used Fedex before and I kept coming back to Fedex because your staff are nice, there are other facilities who can provide the same services as you do, so he should not be acting all high and mighty. I may be an Asian but I pay my dues and I never asked for freebies from anyone. Smart up, Fedex!

    Jadyn acknowledge me right away when entering the store, you can tell he loves his job. He smiled, asked great questions and kept eye contact when he could while processing my order.

    I needed a rush order and when I went to pick it up, it was printed at the wrong size. The manager made sure it was reprinted and resized correctly and saved the day!

    My visit to the store was perfect. My experience afterward with the actual shipment was unacceptable. Tracking No 273355132357 was supposed to be delivered the next day. I paid $125 for overnight delivery on 4/13/24. It is now 4/16/24 and it has still not been delivered. My daughter has been tracking this every day. No notices were left that any attempts were made to deliver. My daughter only knew that it was scheduled to be sent back to me when she tracked the package again today and saw that notice online. She had to cancel appointments with her patients to go pick up the package, after 1:00 she was told. Now she will have to go back again after her later appointments, to pick it up because it is still not available. Completely unacceptable!!

    Mikala's customer service was AWESOME!! she offered the store's Cart to bring packages from my car. I didn't need the cart, but she was right there to open the door for me when I came back with 2 more boxes. Here overall demeanor was friendly and wanting help in any way. Thank you Mikala
