    I wanted to use the self-service printing, but needed a sample document printed from a PDF first. Fred was extremely helpful and even offered to adjust the size of the typed message to better fit my holiday paper. He then made sure I knew which direction to put the paper in the printer and made sure I had everything I needed.

    I had a return to be shipped back to a merchant. Seth helped me find the code, find the code that was on my email and print out the label. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He was very helpful to me, I am a senior citizen.

    My intention was to order invitations via the website to pick up in-store. Upon attempting to order online, I was unable to order 5x7 sized invitations, so I called the store to place the order. I was told I could email my order to the store and they would get back to me with any questions. The automated email I received said: "A team member will contact you regarding your order or inquiry within the next business hour. If the team member does not follow up on your order or inquiry within the hour or your order or inquiry is time-sensitive, please contact a FedEx Office team member to discuss your project." I did not hear from someone within a handful of hours, so I called and was told I'd get a call soon. The next day at noon I still had not yet heard anything back, so I called again and was told my order was not yet ready but would be soon. I received a call back shortly thereafter telling me I could pick up my completed order. I was flabbergasted at checkout in-store to learn that purchasing TEN 5x7 cardstock invitations was $30.11. Had I seen this price online or been told this was the cost on the phone, I likely would have gone a different route. It seems extremely excessive to pay over $3 per invitation. The receipt also included several charges I wasn't made aware of: cutting, file enhancement, surcharges. For best customer experience in the future, it would be helpful to be contacted if something as simple as ten invitations (printed from a PDF) will be this expensive.

    I went to the store after 4:30. (I didn't know store hours.) Fred was very helpful, and told me the order for 3 nametag/passes would be ready tomorrow, I asked if there was any way that I could get one of them today. Long story short, Fred made all 3 of them while I waited. He was great! I really appreciated his doing that for me.

    Mikaela and her colleagues helped me with wedding shower invitations. They explained what was wrong with my Canva self-done design and gave me advice so that I went back and improved my design and then they printed a beautiful 5x7 invitation. They were helpful, friendly and truly cared about my invitation.

    The lady who was the manager acted like looking up the zip code was a major inconvenience and also got the address wrong for shipping and I wrote it down for her and said it was unusual...that seemed to miff her and was actually being very rude to me.
