The first time I printed it, the employee printed it right there and then for me which was great. I assume because he wasn't busy. When I came the second time, I had the same book printed and was asked when I'd like to pick it up. I just said as soon as youre able to is fine. She asked "today"". I said sure. I did not realize there would be a same day printing fee which I wasnt expecting. I did not know till of course I went to pick it up. Had I known, I would have waited another day to avoid that fee. I didn't have to pay it the first time and was never communicated about it either time until I got there the second time to pay. So that was the only thing I wasn't very happy about.

I had called around town before calling FedEx and she was so kind and reassuring that the banner I needed printed would work out. I sent her an email with the image I needed and she immediately responded and told me it would be ready the next day. I didn't expect it to be that fast. What surprised me even more, she called me the next morning, not later, it was in the morning to tell me it was ready for pickup. Tabby is incredible and I'm being thankful for her kindness and her hard work!
