I had called around town before calling FedEx and she was so kind and reassuring that the banner I needed printed would work out. I sent her an email with the image I needed and she immediately responded and told me it would be ready the next day. I didn't expect it to be that fast. What surprised me even more, she called me the next morning, not later, it was in the morning to tell me it was ready for pickup. Tabby is incredible and I'm being thankful for her kindness and her hard work!

I needed assistance with pulling up a prepaid return label from my phone to have it printed out since I don't have a printer at home. Curtis helped me achieve that! He was very professional, kind, compassionate about my situation and needing help. He went over and above in customer service to assist me. His customer service skills are exceptional and I highly recommend him! Fed Ex has a very valuable employee with Curtis!
