Shipping out of Westgate Las Vegas was almost 2x more expensive than shipping to the same location. UPS charged $160 including $4k of insurance. Fedex max insurance was $1,500 so I hope it gets here intact. It cost me more that twice as much to ship half of the stuff home as we shipped out to the Westgate location which is insane.

I asked for some paper to put in each end to keep posters from shifting and he gave it to me. I just wished he would have applied the shipping label to the tube while I was there. I asked and he said it would be done. I asked for him to tape the ends and plastic caps on tube and he did. All went fast. He gave me a receipt with tracking number and expected date of delivery. I wasn’t happy about the $10?service charge and high cost of shipping my tube.

The only challenge was that by ordering online, I was unable to know the actual print fee per page prior to paying, which was a little confusing. Sierra was helpful in providing clarity.

I had about 17 boxes shipped for a Tradeshow and they allowed me to pick up what I needed and store what I didn’t need. They also helped with all my last minute print requests. The show was definitely a success because of the support from Ciara and the whole FedEx team.

We’d never had anything like the cubes before and everyone loved them. I appreciate how Heather worked with us to get them and stay within our budget. On site for our event. Felix and Ciara were phenomenal as well as Erica. Dealing with this office was the best part of our dealings with the hotel. Kudos to each one of them!
