She took the opportunity between skipping me for another guest to train a newer employee, disregarding my existence for over 10 mins. Tho I was standing at the counter, boxes in hand. When I asked for packing paper she decided it would be better to crush my box ripping the cardboard almost in half to compress the items in the box. Some items were fragile thus wanting packing paper. Hopefully my items survive. Also the tape job was very poor, to the point I asked for a few more pieces to cover open ports in the box the tape had missed. After doing so & throwing my box around a few times, to the counter, scale, & floor, she was acting as if it was too much for me to pay for shipping charges. I happily paid without issue. I Will NOT be using shipping services at this location again. It was an absolute joke, to be inside a 5 star establishment.

They both worked to get 7 spiral bound color printed presentations done for us. They were amazing to work with and I think their printing won us this client!

They didn't just handle my printing requests, but they also pointed out where I was headed in the wrong direction and suggested better solutions that worked extremely well. I also threw several last-minute requests at them, and every one was delivered ahead of schedule so I had everything I needed on time. Across multiple interactions with different team members, each person exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It's great to have full confidence in knowing that I can trust this team for future projects.

While we worked mostly with Jonathan and Heather via email/phone, there were other friendly faces at the store. We did wait longer than expected for packages to be retrieved, and there wasn't a line. There is also sometimes confusion with charging back to a master account.
