Kept getting error message. Couldn't access Allegiant's web site. Asked Lala what I was doing wrong. He said that Allegiant airline has some software that sometimes gets blocked. He went to his computer, took my information and was able to print them for me. I offered to pay him, he refused to take any money even a tip. He just said remember Fed Ex in the future if the need arises. So appreciative that he took time to provide a service to me. Next time I need to ship, I'll go to Fed Ex. Great customer service.
