    The person helping us was slow, sloppy, unknowledable of services and box sizes. Seemed lost, and then we over paid for the divileries. I asked if there was any option to send them in a two week time frame because there was no rush to receive the shipment and the answer was ‘No’.

    Allow customers the option to pack and tape their own package. If you are gonna charge me for the box/tape I want to do it myself then. I say this because I mailed some expensive items and the associate, did not pack the items to my standards. I also wasn't given the shipping options. My friend and I mailed the EXACT same things, minus a couple for me cause they fit in my suitcase and my total was more expensive than hers. Same box, same zip code destination. Mine weighed 12# and hers 16#, explain that to me? I still haven't received my package yet, so its still undetermined whether or not his poor tape/pack job even protected my items. They also tag teamed the same transaction. Don't leave in the middle of mine to help someone else, its rude and thats how mistakes happen. I know how to pack and tape my own items, I was on vacation and didn't have supplies available to me.

    I just wanted to say that I was very displaced with the service I was given.They acted like it was a big deal.They didn't even show me the box.They were putting my stuff in so I don't even know what size box I have coming and got changed 117 for 18 pounds what's kind of threw me off too?Because my coworkers box wait nine pounds.And she only got charged, like forty some dollars so I don't see how 9 more pounds cost me 3 times the amount. She paid the girl that was there was very rude. I kept asking her questions and she would ignore me or just kind of push it off like it'll just be there next week. It might say this week, but it'll be there next week. I was just very displeased with your customer service

    There was 3 different people that worked with me the gentleman that first assisted me quoted me $80-$100 when he weighed my items and it was $49.27 and then the young lady who rang me up didn’t listen I kept explaining I was shipping to my business but she kept asking about my apartment. My Apple Pay wouldn’t work with your payment system. I ended up paying with my debit card. I then get a call from your store that they messed something up and they had to refund me and needed to come back and pay for it again. I explained that the only money i had available was on my Apple pay and it wasn’t working with the system they had and he told me that that’s not his problem but mine or just come pick up my package then. I went back there and Applepay my friend the money and her Apple Pay worked with your system and I asked was we all good and explain that I was leaving and not going to be able to come back because i had a flight and I just wanted to make sure everything was ok and the guy was very rude.
