The woman I spoke with seemed to understand what we needed, we payed close to $100 for over night shipping. this was sunday, February 2nd. it is Thursday, February 6th and we still do not have the package. she clearly inputted our information incorrectly and put our address as the shipper AND receiver, so the package was sent back to las Vegas before it ever left the distribution center in Van Nuys (close to where we live). this has been a huge ordeal for us as I am 9 and a half months pregnant and my husband not having a phone is hugely inconvenient. the least Fedex can do is issue a refund for our over night payment.

I plan to take them home on the airplane and wanted to make sure they would come home safely. I asked for their assistance. They took great care of me. They packed the records very well for the flight home. They were also very kind. They are assets to this FedEx office! They should be commended for the great customer service they provided. My hope was that I would be the first one in when it opened so I could have enough time to make my flight. The fedex employees noticed me sitting outside and came out with a form, and explained how to fill everything out so I could leave to catch my flight. "We'll take care of everything" was exactly what I needed to hear that morning. Very grateful for the help- saved me a huge headache!
