    I was charged for resizing, but when I was called no one had let me know or asked if I needed them to resize them. I was charged over $20 for printing three assets that were less than 5x7, and the sizes were completely incorrect. So $24 for a print job that I could've done correctly, on my own, for free.

    The young man who took my order on phone/email on July 17 also completed it and was there at location 0219 on July 18. He was very very helpful. Young man with glasses, white, looks a little like the actor Paul Dano! Apologies that Ive forgotten his name.

    Telephone service re: estimate for small remote job was great. Comprehensive, customer focused, technical expertise. He said it would prob be done that day with no rush. I forgot, called EOD, spoke with JaNae - lovely and high touch customer service as well! She was concerned re: my job’s whereabouts, but I presumed it didn’t make that day’s schedule after all. But she assured me she would handle before she left (and it was close to close) and was extremely professional and on point. Before we left to pickup another team member called to inform it was ready / available. My son handled pickup and he said they were very nice.

    There was just ONE employee in the entire room and he was on the phone and refused to service customers. After a while he did, with a nasty demeanor. He misspelled the name of the recipient my envelope was going to . He asked me to pay 99,- Dollars to send the envelope. He was condescending and lazy. He refused to redo the envelope with the right spelling. The envelope NEVER arrived !!!! I want my money back. This is insane .

    I paid $60 for an extremely important package to deliver next day, which arrived 2 days later. FedEx refused to refund me for the overnight delivery I failed to receive.
