    Richard was rude unpleasant disrespectful and mistreated me and my wife in previous visits at the FedEx store. He is impatient, commanding , aggressive and has zero service orientation. He was making faces while I asked him to respect the customers since it’s not the first time then he started to whistle in front of me to show that he doesn’t care. I gave him an opportunity to apologize but not only that he didn’t care , he refused to take care of me after he started the shipping procedure with me , he refuse to give me his name and in addition boasted that he doesn’t give a *** about the fact that I’m going to report about him ( I’m quoting him). This is totally scandalous and unacceptable behavior. He should not work with people at all with such approach and attitude. I asked to speak with the store manager and I’m not moving on with this till I get a full details about the response in your end
