I called the store frantic because i needed to send out a package ASAP for work. Robert greeted me so kindly provided me with all the right steps and gave me directions to the store ! Thank you btw ! After arriving to the store he was so warm and friendly ! He packed my whole laptop shipped it and super efficient . I’ve never had such an amazing experience before at a FedEx. I believe his name tag said team member ? But woah with professionalism, skill set, and customer service like that i hope That kid becomes a manger because as a customer walking away with such an amazing experience like that it was truly reliving !
