    Person would not put in zip code with extra 4 digits I gave him saying system won’t allow. When I insisted to ensure correct mailing address, he learned he could do it manually. Package did not arrive on time. I paid extra with an earlier than needed time just to be safe and it still did not get there on the day I paid for. Still struggling to get refund.

    I paid $60.00 for overnight delivery on Friday, April 11th, for next day delivery, on Saturday April 12th. My package was delivered only on Monday, April 14th, which is two days later. This is unacceptable!!!
