    I shipped my package first thing 8am Wednesday from NYC for priority international delivery by Friday morning to London. My package never even left the country until Friday morning. Then since you have no delivery on weekends, I had them cancel the delivery and send it back on Saturday since I know the person receiving the package would not have gotten it in time ie already flying back to NYC from London. Ticket C-214707853. Only to have the package still delivered. My friend needed her hearing aid charger and was deaf because of all of the lost time. Horrible customer service and crazy charges on top of that. Now you’re going to charge me to send the package which should have never been delivered back so I’ll had to dispute all the charges. Horrible service.

    I didn’t have my driver’s licenses with me. Not needed in past. Only one employee was willing to help me. It was very time consuming and distracting to send to send one envelope. UPS would have been easier and a more positive experience.

    when I went to the store, I had a suit that had to be shipped. I think they overpacked it and wound up in such a box with so much packing that it weighed 9 pounds. It cost me a fortune to overnight it.

    The employee who works on Tuesday evening 8/7/25 and closed down the store at 8:30pm (I am kicking myself for forgetting her name) I believe it starts with S - truly went above and beyond to ensure my printing was completed on time. She is amazing and deserves a raise!

    I got completely ripped off. I needed 12 copies of a 26-page document, printed 2-sided. When o got the bill it was OVER $300. I have no idea why, except it may have been because they used the highest-grade paper without asking me. There was no one in authority to whom to complain, I paid the exorbitant fee because I needed the documents quickly (they were 12 hours late due to a broken machine, they said). TOTAL DISASTER. I’ll never use FedEx for printing again.
