When I was ready to order (and had the file), I called/emailed again and stopped by to look at the material it would be printed on. Ordered it and it was ready BEFORE the estimated date! Fantastic service!

- Friday, May 24, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0This was a shockingly unprofessional experience, considering the fact that I believe the man who waited on me was actually a store manager, as he did not wear a uniform but rather a pink colored dress shirt. If he was management, what a terrible example he sets for his staff. I did not catch his name but he was tall, with short curly hair, and older. Firstly, when I walked up to his counter, he did not greet me, even after I said hello. He seemed annoyed to be there. He did not speak to me even once throughout the transaction, so how could he know how best to assist me. I had packages to drop off for my elderly mother who couldn't make it into the store and also I had questions about printing for my small business- which I never got to, since he said absolutely nothing to me the entire time. He did, rather impatiently, scan the codes for the packages but I didn't bother asking for further assistance with printing, as he was clearly not interested in customer service. At the end, he went on to the next person without so much a a simple thank you, or have a nice day or anything to let me know the transaction had ended. This is basic stuff for anyone working in this role. People with this level of unprofessionalism should avoid customer-facing-roles. Manager or not, he could benefit from some additional customer service training- coming from someone who has worked in retail management.

It was a joy to work with her. One thing which I noticed later the white border cut off on one set of booklets was a little off.
