People were at the business address ALL day and were available to receive and sign for my package, yet, the item was returned to the FedEx shipping facility, because it could not be delivered according to the tracking information. I provided the phone number of the recipient and no call was made to confirm if this person or anyone else at the business was available. I feel it was a waste of money to send this via FedEx. I could have saved myself the money and sent it via USPS.

When I got to the store at 7:30 pm I was told the last pick up was 7 pm and that the store closes at 8 pm. The website needs to be updated or the employees need to have the last pick up at 8 pm.
