I needed assistance preparing a shipping label and a return shipping label. They told me I had to do it myself and were annoyed when I asked questions. I did come in 15 minutes before they closed, but I made sure to check their hours before stopping in. The staff was more concerned with emptying trash and guarding the door so customers would not enter even one second after 7:00pm. When I did ask for help I was told I better hurry and I probably wouldn’t be able to finish. This was repeated several times. There was no effort made to assist and staff walked away from me multiple times while I was midsentence. I left stressed and on the verge of tears. I am shipping incredibly sensitive person family records and left without any degree of comfort the shipments were prepared properly. I am incredibly disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism staff displayed.
