    LaTrell(sp?) was so helpful and really took time to help me understand my options, despite the fact that I could see she had a lot going on and was stressed. Nonetheless, she maintained a smile and truly made me feel comfortable to keep asking questions. She was also great about giving me tips to consider. I was really impressed with her.

    Im very disappointed with my delivery experience. I shipped my package from Manhattan NY to go to Bronx NY. Only to find out that my package was sent to Memphis Tennessee and it still have not reached its destination for 2 day ground delivery.

    I work in the service industry and like to believe that I know how to respectfully treat someone. I felt very disrespected by this employee. Please note: I don’t think I’m spelling his name correctly. He never told me options on shipping dates, which ultimately caused me to pay the highest shipping rate. He was overall not helpful and really tainted my experience. Thankfully a different employee took over (Samaruje) I believe I’m spelling thing wrong too, but she turned my situation around.

    I paid $115.66 for overnight delivery. The package never got to the recipient. Recipient had to drive to another town to get package. FedEx has gone to the dogs.

    I was in trouble to send my items because they don’t found any boxes for me at the post office, so someone advice me to see with UPS or your store but he told me you close late. I have been to the first store on 14 street Union Square it was same trouble, the representative sent me to your store where you make me happy with the good boxe the item was my granddaughter gift I was so glad. Thank you so much for your service.
