However, I purposely selected to use a service that did not require a signature, and I was told the package would be left at the door. I paid extra to have it overnighted. However, they made multiple attempts, and the note always said no one was there to sign for the package. We had to call two days later to make sure they just left the envelope on the third attempt.

He was patient with me while I mailed the shipping label to the email and he understood my needs and made sure they were met before I left. I will be using this location for future shipping needs

I wanted to give it to my elderly aunt who was leaving town to surprise her. Bob took my order. I waited for it and with his assistant John they made a copy that looked great and bound it together. I was so grateful. My aunt was so excited when she saw this booklet. Thank you for outstanding service!!!
