    The Fed Ex office I went to to start an account and send a package; is set up to make prints/ copies and send packages. I am an older person and standing for any length of time is not a good thing for me. There were no chairs, (that I could see) handy for anyone in the office. Lots and lots of copy machines, & several desks to process shipping packages, and few other machines scanners, etc., it was clean and the clerks knew what they were doing, I had called and set up getting an account so that my Canadian friend that I was mailing my package too would not have to pay any fees, duties, or entry costs, they are to be paid by me through a credit card I set up to use in my account. In the past, I have used the other two shippers, ( usps, and ups,) for years, and they both developed a bad habit of charging "extra" costs after already charging their normal shipping costs. This account thing sounds like a good plan to me. The tracking of my package is not very good, I admit it was scheduled to be there on the 19th, tomorrow, on my receipt, I have tracked it to already being a few miles away from the destination as of the 17th.. I am still not sure if it has been delivered? All the tracking has been initiated by me, I have checked and I have yet to see any notice that it was delivered. OK, the tracking data stated it was to be there by the end of today, the 18th. I have no idea if it is there, but tracking is now saying it will be there tomorrow. This is not the end of the snafu, the account data was collected and the account was set into motion at the "Office", yet I had to poke more info into a "set up page" when I arrived at my home once I dropped off the package and paid all the costs and such to send it on it's way. Not real sure about that scenario, but some how A different email address of mine, other than the one I wanted Fed Ex to use in connection with my business with them got mistakenly pulled off my email handler, Thunderbird. So I have no idea how that happened, but it is what it is. I am sure I will be able to call and get that issue straightened out. Wish me luck, tomorrow is another day. Thanks for your concern, G.l.B.

    I went in to th Sawmill store on Thursday August 14 at opening time. I hope that helps you identify gal who helped me because she was extremely pleasant & helpful, offering options to save me money if I wished. She was also cleaning the front windows when I first arrived, to keep the store looking neat. Great associate for FedX.
