Nicole was so nice and assisted me in getting the scanning and printing completed as the scanner was not working correctly. She is a lovely person and FedEx is fortunate to have her as its employee!! I really enjoyed meeting and talking with her.

I'm always acknowledged when I enter and am never worried about my packages getting misplaced by staff. Juanita helped get the packages scanned in this time and it was as painless as always. In and out in under 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for an easier process.

Nicole is always willing to put aside her closing duties to help me finish my project. She's always helpful whenever I have a problem, and I usually need a little guidance.
