    I cannot express how fantastic my entire interaction was with Monique and the entire staff at this Fed Ex location! The way it use to be when they greeted you with a big smile and hello how may we help you! I felt like I made new friends that day and my heart is happy! Monique was an absolute ANGEL!     I had gone in and also called a couple of months before I needed my printing done. I wanted to make sure that you could print NCR for me. I was assured that you could and then it would not be any issue. I was told it could be done quickly easily. When I emailed my project, I was told that to have it printed in color, It could take up to five days and there was a minimum print amount and my project probably wouldn’t reach that. That had not been mentioned before so threw me off quite a bit! The staff printed it in black-and-white quickly and it was adequate. Color would have been better but I only had 4 days. I felt I should’ve been informed better of what I could expect.

    Manager or Assistant Mgr Joshua B was short-staffed but efficiently balanced and accomodated my custom print request while answering calls and helping other customers who arrived. Was friendly but focused and not stressed despite how busy it was for him. Did great work for my printing and charged fair price. Didn’t complain when my last self print job went a couple minutes after closing (and had asked if I needed help few minutes before closing).

    First, I used the self-service printing and your printers are excellent (tho, expensive). Then I used Monique to spiral-bind 9 booklets. I was very nervous about the binding, but Monique gave me total confidence.....and she did a great job! She is very knowledgable, and instills confidence & trust. She's a keeper. Give her a raise!

    I needed several documents printed that were attachments to separate emails. One of them did not download correctly so Natalie needed to assist me. Also, the card payment instructions were not exactly user-friendly as I needed to input my card several times because it was not clear if I was 'ending a session' or not. (The desired printing docs were on several different emails and each required a different code to print). One of the copying jobs I needed was 2 of my credit cards. Once that was done I then waited as Natalie printed the other document that would not download on the self-copying machine. As I was waiting I could not find my credit cards and thought they had fallen under the machine or perhaps even someone in the store (customer) had seen and taken them while I was at the counter. I was beginning to get distraught thinking I had just lost them. Natalie calmly helped me look for them and then I found them in another area of my purse. While this scenario doesn't make me look too smart, the important part is that the whole time Natalie was calm, patient, and helpful. Obviously, I needed it as the 'easy' self-print job I thought I was going to do ended up needing assistance. I want to make sure that Natalie is commended for her customer service today. Although I will be slightly embarrassed to return to this particular store I will because I know there are employees willing to assist me.
