I called the store because I knew they'd been helpful in the past. Kaitlin went above and beyond in explaining how I'd been trying to hard, offered a solution, and then when my print didn't quite work because I didn't have enough pages for a full two up two down she helped me brainstorm ideas on how to make it work. When I explained it was for a student run event she also expedited the service. Then when I was informed that there was a typo in the already printed program Kaitlin had a solution ready which was to print inserts to correct the incorrect page. Without her assistance the event would not have had a program and then she was also willing to work with me, teaching me what I would need to know for printing in the future, and was just overall amazing to work with. I'm absolutely sending all of my future printing projects to this office both business and personal.

Kaitlin has been very responsive over the phone, email, and is super friendly whenever we come in person. She has done a fantastic job in helping us print things quickly and in providing guidance with different options for some of our projects.
