    I was in Charleston, SC for a wedding (so don't expect to be back any time soon) and stopped in to buy a planner--which I do annually from your store in Savannah. There was a line but employees (including Paula) stepped up and opened more registers, which significantly reduced waiting time. Very good service!

    My experience at FedEx was phenomenal because of Shaniece Green's exemplary level of customer servicing and knowledgeable insight regarding her position. I visited this same location a few weeks ago and she assisted my sweetheart and I with printing needs on a "very special project." I reside in Summerville and there are numerous places that I could have patronized for my printing needs. However, because her attitude is so warm, friendly, and positive, I didn't mind the drive from Summerville. Actually, I even called the store the day before I visited again to make sure that she was working. During these times, extraordinary customer service is very rare. Everyone is saying that due to COVID-19 they are short staffed and people often forget that their customers equate to profitability. Without satisfied customers, businesses fail. Shaniece has mastered the art of knowing how to treat customers and make them feel valued. She can multitask with a smile and she is pleasant from the beginning until the end. She appears to be pleasant with everyone. She exudes a sense of pride in working for FedEx. I would imagine that she would be exemplary in any company, because her personality is award winning! Kudos to Shaniece and the person who chose to hire her. She is a rare jewel in today's society because a lot of people just don't seem to value their customers. Fabulous job Ms. Green! I will be back because of you.

    I came in the get some copy of flyers made for a baby shower had no idea what I was doing but this young lady made sure she did her best to help me and it really saved the day for me.

    My son,who had just moved to an apartment building in another city, needed a package Fedexed to him. I was in a rush and once at the Fedex counter, I told Joyce,my customer service rep, that I was ready to send the package and was trying to send it in an inexpensive way. Joyce patiently went over my options and was very timely, courteous, kind, and helpful with me. I felt like I was her most important customer. After giving her the package and kind of rushing Joyce along, I confirmed the address on the singature pad. Joyce sensed my rushing and asked me one final time about the address. It made me stop and think that I may need an apartment number in addition to the address. I tried calling my son and daughter-in-law (DIL) and they weren't quick to respond, so I told Joyce to just send it. She calmly reminded me that it would probably be worthwhile to give my son and DIL some extra time to respond to "make sure." My son ended up responding after a few more minutes conforming I had the correct address. It was refreshing to have someone kindly look out for my best interests. She didn't have to help me, especially because I was rushing things, but she did. THANK YOU FEDEX!!
