At first, I attempted to order the printing online through your site. It took a bit to get the project configured correctly, but then, when it came to check out, my troubles and frustration steadily increased. The site noted there was a problem with the card. So, I edited the card information with an updated expiration date, but the system still wouldn’t SAVE the card. I tried a few times, then went to a different browser and began all over again, thinking that might be the problem. Same results. Then I tried deleting the old card and simply reentering it, and that didn’t work either, the new card wasn’t saved. And, because it was taking so long, each time I tried again, the site moved out the expected pick-up day. (My husband said it was the angriest he had EVER seen me. I even yelled at our cat!)
I gave up finally and called the store. I was provided an email, sent the file and instructions along, and the job was ready in less than an hour. - Thursday, October 22, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0I was placing an order that was difficult to load into the online templates, so I called the store and was helped with making sure that what we emailed in was what we were expecting. The team did a fantastic job in making sure that our order was what we needed!

I deliberately wanted to avoid the FedEx ship center at the venue, because it is typically busy and expensive. My phone map showed two locations, an equal distance from my hotel, but it didn't indicate what kind of store it was. I was on foot, had to pick one. Of course it was the one at the venue, hidden from sight, with a wait and a surcharge. Frustrating.
