We just concluded our National Sales Meeting, a weeklong program, and her team went above and beyond! Courtney, Marisa, and Antonio were helping us with our onsite last minute print jobs and ensuring we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, I don’t know the other team members names, but they were also diligent on efficiently helping our attendees ship items home, while dropping of packages to and from different areas in the hotel. Shipping, branding, and printed materials are a HUGE part of a successful program and because of Courtney and her team, we had a seamless experience and top-notch customer service! We are excited to be back at the Sheraton for future programs and now consider Courtney’s team as an extension of ours. Thanks again for the world glass service and we look forward to working with you again!

Everyone that I had the opportunity to work with was extremely helpful and pleasant. Courtney assisted me prior to my arrival in Dallas and also helped me locate our package with our shirts. Quan and Antonio assisted me with printing requests. And Rian also helped me locate some of our shipments. I didn't get to interact with KO much but they were very pleasant as well! I have zero complaints about my experience, this staff is great.
