The only thing they failed on was we were quoted a price then the lady updated us on the correct price before leaving. It went from $160 to $189 per banner we had made. Then at pickup the next day they were $279 each. This wasn't told to us so it was a big shot in the arm.

I have been trying to track a misplaced package for almost a month and have 4 phone calls into FedEx corporate with various cases opened. I got 1 call back and the Customer Service rep was confused and hung up saying she'd call back and never did. One other Customer Service agent hung up on me with no resolution. It has been stressful. As soon as I spoke to Mike, he was customer-focused and solution-oriented. He took on the package information and committed to research it. He did! Within an hour, he called me back and had his hands on the package and a plan to return it. He communicated clearly, promptly, and with a positive attitude. I can't thank Mike enough for his expertise and enthusiasm!
