    In addition to the print services, I also visited the FedEx location 1-2 times a day during this past week to ship breast milk back home while I was at a conference. Monday - Thursday, the workers were very kind and helpful. Whoever was working Thursday morning (12/12) was so rude and awful. He told me that I absolutely could not ship my breast milk and that whoever let me ship it earlier that week should be fired. I explained to him that people ship breast milk all the time - there is a benefit through my work called Stork that allows you to do this. Many companies do this. After telling me that I could not ship it, he went to the back room and screamed at his other co-workers asking them how they let me do this. It was a horrible experience and my day was ruined since my son wasn't able to get his milk on time.

    I recently shipped a blanket I won at a banquet from tx to mn, it cost $58 to ship it, seems extremely expensive for a small blanket that was light weight.

    Darla was great. We had some last minute printing needs and (a few rounds of it) and she was responsive via phone and email and super helpful and friendly when we got in the store. She knocked out the multiple orders we had ahead of schedule and didn’t flinch at all with our asks. Super professional and just a gem to work with.

    I got there about 20 min until closing. I was helped with every Steph to make sure my files were sent properly. Everyone was very patient and didn't try to rush me out, even when they had to close and we're still needing to finish printing. Everyone was very friendly

    I remember Kyle the rep there but do not remember the ladies names. Kyle was very helpful and so was the lady. The only thing they failed on was we were quoted a price then the lady updated us on the correct price before leaving. It went from $160 to $189 per banner we had made. Then at pickup the next day they were $279 each. This wasn't told to us so it was a big shot in the arm.

    I was missing a huge fake check for an event happing in less then 2 hours. The whole team pulled togeather to help me out. They even stayed a little pass closing to make it happen. Thos team of 4 were amizing!
