Instead of picking up my package at the front desk, I had to walk forever to find the FedEx office. When I finally arrived, I discovered that another $15 was required. What?!? I have to pay to mail the package AND to. Pick it up?!? Felt like I got screwed without even a kiss! That is so wrong!
